Mac vs. PC Editing Software

This question has been asked for many years, and the answer is (for me) AVID Xpress Pro, which is what the majority of Hollywood uses, one great thing about AVID is the fact that you can edit DV Video and analog. The price is not for the weak wallet, going as high as $1,000. Next comes Adobe Premiere, but many bugs and problems have come up while using this software. Some say Adobe was written to be what Final Cut is to Apple. This is the best software for the PC right now if you can not afford AVID. For Apple, consumers have only one choice: Final Cut. According to a recent study, only 5% of the industry uses Final Cut and Apple, which means the remaining 95% uses PC. For amateur film makers Ulead or Sony Vegas is a good choice, based on their prices, not exceeding more than a few hundred dollars. Some say Mac is for the new generation (because of its sleek and cool design)however in my opinion it is just a fad, waiting to be snuffed out.

Although I haven't used PC for TV Production purposes, I'm sure I would agree with you. Personally, for other uses, I rather use PC over Mac. GO PC!!!!!!
